In our experience, requirements always change during development, especially on complex projects, so our approach is intended to gather provide sufficient information during the Design phase to effectively select a technology solution, define the user experience and business rules, design the solution infrastructure and architecture and capture major use cases.

Discover & Design

Process 1

Pre-Production

SDWNMT gathers the project’s requirements from the client to initiate the creative design stage. During this stage our Information Architecture and Visual Design* teams create the Features & Functionality Matrix, the suggested Site Map for your new site. Appropriate Theme is discussed and proposed to Client which will be used as based for UI development. Once this process is completed, the technical team provides a high-level technical design plan from which a development project plan is created. All these documents are sent to the client for formal approval and sign-off.

The development phase starts with the feature prioritization and iterations plan. Once completed, the first iteration is initiated, followed by the requirements analysis and design, coding and unit testing, and finalized with the iteration testing and client demo. This entire process is repeated a number of times to cover all iterations of the project. Once all iterations have been completed, SDWNMT will provide client training and begin the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) stage. Upon completion of the UAT follows client approval and sign-off before moving to the next phase.

After the client performs UAT and gives SDWMNT formal approval, the site is moved from our development environment and deployed to the production environment for Beta testing. Once the beta testing stage is completed, the site is fully launched.
